The logo has relations to the tank emblems of the 1970s, including the Aermacchi-Harleys the 175-250, 100, and 125cc bikes had similar stripes of different colors for different models & different colors.

I mean nothing derogatory by this, It looks like a nice bike.

My 48, 69-350 and my 71-350 are all "Bitsa"s (though the vin won't give me away).

Further It's a "Bitsa" a nice "Bitsa".

It may be 48, 49, or 50 front end, check for a hanging coil to suggest it as a 48,49,50 frame. The engine is a "B" Hummer (magneto) 125 possibly built from replacement parts titled and stamped in New York.
