A TOOL BOX FOR THE HARLEY 125-165 WAS A FACTORY ACCESSORY.
IT WAS MOUNTED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE FRAME JUST BEHIND THE FOOT REST CROSS BAR. THERE SHOULD BE A 2 HOLE MOUNTING TAB FOR IT WHICH WAS A STANDARD FRAME ITEM EXCEPT FOR THE 55-59 HUMMER THAT DID NOT HAVE THE TOOL BOX MOUNT TAB. A BOLT ON BRACKET WAS USED FOR THAT MODEL.

YOU CAN FIND A USED TOOL BOX ON E-BAY OCCASIONALLY OR GET AN EXACT RERODUCTION AS MADE HERE.

Hi, can anyone tell me if they made a toolbox that attached to the frame for Hummer/165's. I found an old toolbox for a small bike, may try to get it from owner, it's not oval or tear shaped like the old knuckleheads, it's sort of angular with a couple of diff. angles. Thanks in advance. Ray
