I would keep as much of the patina as possible. Knock off the cob webs,
blow off the dirty while retaining its current glory. I would revive it; not
restore it,

Best of luck on your project.

I just bought one but your paint scheme is nice. You should try to keep
the original paint job if you can. I wouldn't cut the fenders either or sell
the original parts. If you wanted to do that, look on eBay for ones
someone else cut & maybe get a bargain. That thing is nice and good
luck. A nice piece of history.

Getting ready to start work on restoring my Dad's (original owner)
1961 Super 10. Should be a fun project well worth the work. What do you
think? Any suggestions?

Thanks,
