Safety? I'm a biker. The tires on my '48 125 are rotted originals. The tires on my previous 1958 Panhead were originals. I rode my '46 Indian (17K) with it's tires until they leaked through the treads. If they hold air.....ride. You want safety....buy a Mommy SUV.

I've had a pair of Lange tires on my 1955 Hummer since 2004, and I've turned lots of corners at 45-55 mph.

In fact, I've led several AMCA Highlands Chapter rides on my Hummer - with those Panheads and Shovelheads on my tail just pushing me to go faster - (sorry guys, that's as fast as she will go). Nary a problem.

I was told the other day that the Lange tire I have aren't safe over 15mph in a corner. Any one have any feed back?
