From what I've been able to tell from my little
collection, is that the earlier horn 69005-59 has an M4
inscribed on the left side back, while the post 1963
models have a 14 in the same spot, only discernible
difference as far as i can tell.

Here are the pictures for the "project" horn, the
electronics still function. That sheet metal plate should
be easy enough to make.

Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you. Have any
pics and an idea of what you will need for it? Thanks

I have one that separated from rivet corrosion, the
magneto/electronics still work, but you will have to cut
a
new circular sheet metal piece for the middle/vibrator
plate, and then rivet it back together with the correct
hollow middle rivets.

it's do-able if you can't find another replacement.
