THE PICTURES MAY BE DECEPTIVE BUT TO THIS SET OF "VERY OLD"
EYES, I SEE A NORMAL, STOCK HEAD CHAMBER ON THE RIGHT AND THE LEFT HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO MARKEDLY DECREASE THE CHAMBER VOLUME. THE GEOMETRY OF THE MODIFIED HEAD CHAMBER IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AS WELL. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS WAS THOUGHT TO BE OF VALUE AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING REMOTELY LIKE IT.

AS AN ASIDE, THE HEAD ON MY SHOULDERS HAS BEEN MODIFIED A BIT
OVER THE YEARS FROM A FEW BUMPS AND BRUISES AND IT CHANGED MY COMPOSURE AND EXPRESSION.

This is for a 165 but the chamber is much larger. Was this for some low compression model? Has someone machined this out for some reason? What have I got? I have put it next to a "normal head for comparison.
