To further answer your question I'll give you the bad
news: If your State is a problem State (like New Jersey)
you'll have to use a Titling Service and the charge will
be around $400. DON'T use any of the ones out of Las
Vegas, NV as they're known rip offs (I lived there). The
good news is it can be done. The members here will tell
you their experiences and give you advice.

It all depends on the State you're in. Some are easy,

are impossible without using a titling service.

Apparently these were sold without a title back in the
day
- just a bill of sale. Anyway what are the problems I
might encounter if I buy a bike without a title?
