Hi fellows, you found me and I'm still in Fl. at the Drs house.Still to cold for me in Smithton.Good to hear from you both.My sister and brother-in-law lived in Brookville Pa. on a farm around 45yrs ago.I grew up in rostraver township, and the Belle Vernon area.At that time I had a 53 165 that I rode year round to and from work, that was the good times. My hang outs were The Dog House,Joes,Tall Toms,Eat N Park, also knew Ernie and his son Babe Cerini-of Cerini HD in Donora, maybe your 48 came from him.Taught Motorcycle mechanics in McKeesrocks out side of Pitts. from 79-81,it was then I found my 48 at the Butler swapmeet.Rode it back to my vendor space and from there it went into the barn for 31yrs untill I brought it to Eustis meet 3 weeks ago,It still had the years of barn dust on it.About a week later the Dr. and I decided to wash it and get the little guy on the road again, cleanned points and carb.flushed the years of bad fuel out and got a small Jap battery. It started and idled after one full kick by hand,we have all taken turns going around the block. FUN, FUN, FUN,Please share the photo of your 48
