125 lower end problems

Postby stans48s » Fri Jan 11, 2019 7:26 pm

I separated the flywheels on my 125. Someone must have run it with out oil, because the crank pin was blue from heat. So a new crank pin is in order for sure. The rod bearing surface is great. The rollers measure .237. I am sure the should be .250. I may be able to have the rod resized for O/S bearings. What is a source for lower end parts for my 125? Thanks Stan

I usually have all those parts in stock, but I am out of early crank pins. Have straight and later pins and bearings. I'll be machining/heat treating/ grinding some early pins in the very near future, hopefully in the next 2 weeks

no sir, no website, just parts. Been restoring Hummers and a member of the Hummer Club since 1988. Got a ton of parts,
