Anybody know if this speedometer is off a lightweight and year?

Yep. The 1959 to 1964 Hummers used a similar 0-60 AC speedo with odometer and trip odometer. 1959 to 1964 Sportsters did too, but they went 0-120 mph. The Toppers went 0-60, but they didn't have the trip odometer feature.

I suspect the Topper speedo would work on a Hummer, but they could be geared different internally. If you already have the Topper speedo, give it a try in your Hummer, and tell us what happens. These AC speedos are getting harder and harder to find (and costlier and costlier), so it might be a good stopgap measure while you look for the right one.
