but it's only intermittent? Have ya tried removing the spark plug and spining the motor over with a drill?

I'm kicking it over with the plug out. I get real good spark the first kick then nothing. Try it the next night same thing. You think spinning with a drill will spin it faster so I might get spark?

A bright blue spark at the plug is good. A "bright" spark at your points is not; indicative of failed condenser.

You might have a condenser that's going bad, or not grounding correctly (dirt, oil underneath the retaining clip?)

Put a drill on it. I get a spark about the first 10 times around. THen nothing until I try it again the next night. Tried a new condenser and it does the same thing.
