The "flower" is a thrust washer from a 1948 and 49 125 motor. If ya remove the pin and open the hole up to .7188" and the hole in the flowers too, and use the 1951-61 crank pin it makes for the best flywheel set. Later flywheels don't use thrust washers and the flywheel castings get eat up. the straight crank pin is stronger too. The flywheel will always be readily rebuildable for $30 worth of parts and the rod gets better oiling.

looks like you can throw a brick down that intake port :-) . how did it ever pull enough venturi vacuum to suck fuel ?

The M16 / M18 Servicar Linkert carbs only have a 7/8"venturi. stock for a 165 is slightly over 5/8 (21/32) My Super 10 has a 1 3/16" venturi (30mm) and it runs great See video
